There’s a new breed of Macaroni & Cheese on the street food scene.
Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no thing as too much cheese because of this we use a 4 cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni & cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is GRILLED macaroni cheese.
ABBA The Van
Our lovely food van is a Mercedes Hanomag 306d.
We imported her to the UK from Sweden in early 2019 and have never looked back! Although she is middle aged (being built in 1974) we are lucky that her last owners gave her a full re-vamp before using her as a promotional vehicle. Any signs of her previous life as a bee-keeping store in the middle of a Swedish field are long gone!
